The management team is comprised of The Executive Director, Deputy Director and Programme Accountant.

In total, UCCS has eleven (11) members of staff. These have various specialisation:- Two Water technicians, Water Engineer, two Agriculturist, two Social scientist, Accountant, Accounts Clerk, Secretary and security officer. UCCS will require more Staff given more funding to adequately address programme work.
