The Company is governed by 6 Board of Directors whose responsibility is to formulate policies and regulations for the management of the Company.

The board of directors constitute of :

•  The Most Rev. Benjamin Nzimbi – Chairman & The Bishop of Diocese of All Saints Cathedral.
•  The Rt. Rev. Peter Njoka – The Bishop of Nairobi Diocese
•  The Rt. Rev. Jeremiah Taama – The Bishop of Kajiado Diocese
•  The Rev. Naomi Waqo – Manager ACK St. Nicholas Children's Home
•  Mr. Peter Njuguna – Manager St. John's Community Development Centre, Pumwani
•  Mr. Eliud Njeru – Acting Executive Director, NAIKA CCS

The Board holds in trust the assets of the Company on behalf of the member Dioceses. The Board appoints a management committee from its membership and the staff to oversee personnel matters including terms and conditions of service, recruitment and staff discipline.
