The IDCCS Nyanza Headquarters is located in Kisumu Town and serves twelve administrative districts of Nyanza Province namely: Homaba;y, Rachuonyo, Kisii, Migori, Kuria, Suba, Nyamira, Ngucha, Kisumu, Nyando, Siaya and Bondo. The total covers 16,162 sq. km.
