The Company is governed by 16 Board of Directors whose responsibility is to formulate policies and regulations for the management of the Company.

The operations of the Company are strictly regulated by a Board of Directors whose members are elected by the Synods of existing Dioceses. The Board is constituted by: - Sitting Bishop, one Clergy and one Laity from each Diocesan Synod. The overall Chairman of the Board must be a Bishop in order of their seniority. The Programme Team Leader (Chief Executive), 2 Programme Managers (Programme Manager - Main Programme and Programme Manager - Special projects) and Programme Accountant participate in Board meetings by virtue of their responsibility.

The Board holds in trust the assets of the Company on behalf of the member Dioceses. The Board appoints a management committee from its membership and the staff to oversee personnel matters including terms and conditions of service, recruitment and staff discipline.
