We have adopted participatory and integrated approach. The people's needs are also integrated in nature. Provision of clean and safe water definitely will improve the health status of the beneficiaries as well as food security promotion; hence development activities are highly inter-linked.

IDCCS LTD builds the capacity of the communities to be able to participate in project initiation, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. Through use of Participatory Learning and Action (PLA), the interested communities or the Common interest groups (CIGs) can now contribute their time and finances towards the projects. They are responsible for any outcome of the project. Project ownership and social sustainability has been achieved.

The pride of IDCCS LTD in empowering the communities can be observed and verified for example the communities are capable of producing their own community action plan and implement accordingly. In short we have managed to practice demand driven approach in order to achieve maximum sustainability of the community projects.
